Has PCGS abandoned the Quarterly Special in favor of a "Yearly" Special ?

I just noticed the hint of a possible change in this perk for CC members. I'm not enthused if the Q.S. goes away.

I am certain the QS is not going anywhere. They are celebrating their 30th anniversary and offering a special label. Give PCGS a chance.

I've been waiting for over a month to hear what the Q1 2016 quarterly special is to see if it will be something I can use...

I read somewhere that PCGS may be holding off until Long Beach for the next quarterly special.
