Affectionately referred to as the "goiter" die variety for the die break at Ben Franklin's throat, which resembles a goiter (enlarged thyroid glad). An interesting and unique die variety that was first documented only recently!
Some reed marks on the obverse are the only distraction on this otherwise pristine coin. The bell lines are sharp but not quite "full". I grade it MS63/64. $125
