Has anybody ever seen a PL or Cameo designation on a non proof red Indian cent? Picked up a nice 1876 RD which has this look.

Cameo designation is reserved for proofs, not business (MS) strikes.

No such thing as a CAM or DCAM business strike.

I have however seen PL designation on a business strike IHC.

I have never seen a business strike with that designation...but the proofs are really nice... Cheers, RickO
