Maximizing "value" on this 1975 Game 6 World Series ticket?

Gents-

Just looking for a little help here-

Back story. This belonged to my mother in law. She was at this game. The ticket is in great condition with no noticeable creases.
She passed in September and my father in law wants to sell it.

I put it on Ebay for $300/BO and have a $250 offer. If this were mine I would accept in a minute. I'm just looking for a 2nd set of eyes to make sure I am not leaving value on the table as the proceeds are going into a scholarship fund we created.

Any opinions would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Jon

$250 sounds like a very fair offer to me........You could counter with $275, but I think $250 is fair

    nice ticket BTW

The other option would be to invest in the $25 or so to have it graded/slabbed by PSA and hope to get a high grade.......
