Anyone familiar with this one? Is it common? I've never seen one with Will on it.

I can't tell you if it is common or more scarce unless you tell me what the edge lettering says -- or if it is plain, engrailed, or milled...
The only edge that Dalton and Hamer list as "Rare" is the PAYABLE AT BANBURY OXFORD OR READING . +
Most of the type are extremely common. In the condition you show, probably around the $15 price point.
