Arrived today from BBCE - 70s BB & FB, ripping time

I decided to place my first order with BBCE last week for a random selection of 70s FB and BB. Package arrived today safe and sound.

I'm thinking about ripping the baseball packs to start.

I decided to take a look for any star players visible on the tops/bottoms of the packs. Got Dan Fouts on the 79 FB rack, Jim Plunkett on the 78 FB and Steve Largent on the back of the 86 FB rack. The real surprise came when I looked closely at the back of the 75 Mini.

Hopefully folks can see who that is through the yellow paper. All I can say is WOW!

Wow, huge score. Please spare the mini from ripping!

The mini is safe. Decided to open up the 76 and pulled a nice Yount, but not much else. Centering was all over the place for the majority of the cards.

Here's the Yount and a Ruth that were the best of this pack.

    Brett
    But oc top bottom
Better to leave it sealed. Nice hit.

what would a wax pack with Brett rookie showing on back sell for?

Depends on grade. A PSA 7 would probably retail for about $175, an 8 for $200.
