Can I see expired offers on a current e-bay auction?

There was a recent thread with some ebay tools, but I don't think this was in there. I want to know what this guy has been offered for this box, but don't know if I can or how to do it.

I haven't been able to find a way other than comparing offers that the seller accepted. It seems that ebay should allow buyers to see offers.
