Vaclav Havel 1989 Silver Medallion - Can't find much

I am trying to research this medallion and can't find out much about it. It is a Vaclav Havel dated 1989 Silver Medallion. He was first elected president in December 1989 after Czechoslovakia became free of Russian control and in this office he served continuously until 2003. I have found more recent examples but can't find anything about this one. Any help appreciated.

That's a good looking medal. Sorry I don't have any info on the piece.

I'm still kicking myself for going to Prague (one of the most interesting cities I've ever been to) and not seeing if the mint had a tour.

I continue to struggle with my research and can't find much of anything. Not even certain if this is an official Czech mint product, what the D on the obverse might mean, or if this is third party token. Any help appreciated.
