I'd say at least MS-65 with a possible DMPL, but grading very well preserved items to the exact point is not really possible. My guess would be MS-66, but not MS-67.
Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?
With a cheek like that, I would say at least 66pl, but wouldn't be surprised at all with a 67pl.
Listen. Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony. Will’sProoflikes

I don't think that you would get four more points, but from that photo I'd say one more point should be easy, and perhaps two. Maybe the coin has a slight rub that you can't see in the photo which accounts for the MS-62 grade.

Looks like the MS-62 PL has high point friction over the face (and probably in the left field as well). This can be a little tricky to spot and the coin will look a grade or two better if it has this high point friction and no other marks. Usually 62 is the limit with these types of coins that were technically "super sliders" in the old days, but generally grade MS-61/62 now.

I think NGC could have pushed it as high as 67. Doesn't look any different than my 81-s in NGC MS67. My guess would still be 66 PL though. I think TDN has it right at 66+.
I'm thinking this one is an easy 66+ on a resubmit, but I'm just going to crack it out and place it in a nice Capital holder for now because I don't really care for those NGC prong holders.
