if your implication is that just because it is in pcgs plastic that it is honest, well....
i will also say that i think there is a rather large misconception about AT and NT when it comes to TPG and even out of holders.
artificial toning doesn't always just refer to toning that has had "assistance" for the intent of toning but also surface contaminants that are unacceptable whether applied artificially or that have attached naturally whether the toning is deemed acceptable by general consensus and/or chemical detectors is another conversation but will say one last thing in that the delineation of at vs nt isn't bound by the attractiveness and/or market acceptability of said toning but the long-term stability of the contaminants on their own merits and the merits to what degree they react with the coin surface and what is in the best interest of said item(s) for the future stability. i am tired and may have said part of that twice just in a different way, but i think that you get what i am trying to relay
i would go into the scientific definitions of what could be at vs nt, but i'm sure this thread was started just for fun.
