Are there any die characteristics on a 1909 half eagle that would ID the mintmark on a very low grad

I read with interest the thread on the 1909 Eagle where he discovered it was the O mintmark. Coincidently I have a pocket piece 1909 $5 for a number of years. Now I am wondering if it is a P S or O.
