Is it known how many 25th Anniv ASE coins were encapsulated in Mercanti 1st Strike holders? I have not seen any information regarding such population.

No, PCGS does not split out different label types like that.

My gut feeling says 75-80% of the First Strike coins are Mercanti signed.
