Anyone having delivery issues with Tulving

Was wondering if anyone is having any problem other than me. I purchased 5-100 oz bars on 9-17. There website states that they have 30 day delivery period. Well, now it's 11-1 and no silver. Called and talked with Karen but seem to be getting a runaround.
