I would grade it 15 net 12 for the obverse nicks

it might slab at 20 or 15 or genuine depending on the severity of the marks.

it looks from here. that would be a nice pick up for me as well . let us know what you decide to do

I could see it getting slabbed with a 25, maybe even a 30 on a good day/ EAC 12-15 -- but I can't quite figure out what's going on
in the center of the obverse and below the hair. Love the dirt on the reverse- obviously not cleaned recently - I'd call it a keeper

Thanks. As far as that "stuff" going on the obverse, it wasn't there the first time I took an image of the coin. I will have to look closer at it when I see it again.
