Top buyers on Euro and other gold

I compared Apmex, which I like because of their high level of accountability and honesty with Provident yesterday on pricing of Sovereigns, 20 Franc coins, .9999 1 gram bars (slivers?), etc.. Apmex was paying less than 100% while Provident was quoting 100% as a starting point for most bullion coins. Is Provident in Texas the strongest buyer on these now?

don't know but i think their buy prices are strong. When you move a lot of metal you can have those tight spreads between buy and sell. they don't seem to greedy, i like that.
