2001 Australian Lunar Proof 3-Coin Set. Mintage of 1000, of which only 599 sets were sold. $950 - Have yet to see a set for sale anywhere.

Is that the set mintage or individual coin mintage.

That is the set mintages. The sets in original packaging with COA cards go for a lot more than individual coins.

I've owned quite a few lunar dragons and those dont look quite right to me, unless it's a subvariety

BTT...and to clarify due to questions. No you cannot get this "Series 1" set from the mint. It is long sold out. There are Series 2 being made yearly that are similar but different in design still which you can purchase from the Perth Mint but I checked with the mint and they as well as the current issue are unavailable.
