The ebay photos do not do the coin justice. The coin has a CW about 15 Degree rotation. These are some of my favorite errors!!

PCGS MS 64RD 2000 Double Struck in Collar
WTB... errors, New Orleans gold, and circulated 20th key date coins!

    A small group of 5-6 examples recently hit the market in the last couple months.

    Some of the MS65 and MS66's are/were on a dealers site in the $200-300.00 retail ask range.
