1825 Bust quarter "L" stamp

I have an 1825/4 Bust quarter with the "L" stamp, B-3, graded XF details, env. damage by NGC. According to NGC's population report, there is only one other Browning 3 "L" stamp 1825, an AU58. PCGS does not give numerical grades on counter-stamped coins, no population reports in their records. NGC has less than 10 "L" stamp coins in its population records. $1250 or best offer.

I don't recall the variety of the 1825 with L counterstamp that I owned (not attributed by NGC), an MS-61 which was sold to CRO.
