No, it's not even one of the minor varieties for the year. I don't even think that one is off the doubled master hub. In fact, I'm tempted to ask if you uploaded the wrong picture, because a coin with absolutely no doubling like yours is harder to find than one from the doubled master hub.

I take a picture of the date and post it tomorrow. I think the coin has too much light on it...
