We need pics since it depends on why it didn't grade. Light cleaning versus holed---it does make a BIG difference.

F-VF value depending on the damage. That's my speculation.

We still can't help you. Why ask the question if you won't give us enough useful information to answer it?

You really need to have pictures.

If the damage is fairly minor, you might be only down to EF money. If it's pretty bad, maybe Fine money. If the coin has a lot of detail, but is all chewed up or corroded to the point where the surfaces look a sponge, the Good or even the Fair price might be appropriate

In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?

Sorry if my question rattled your cage Perry. The question was intended to be rhetorical, as I am still pursuing this actively. Thus my remark " Pics if and when in hand". Maybe I shoulda bolded that quip for ya. If I land this coin, y'all will be in for a pleasant surprise. No worries here. image
