    No comment on authenticity...but on the irv cross. He is not in the HOF.
    He would know that.

    Irv Cross was the 2009 recipient of the Pete Rozelle Radio-Television Award. The award, given annually by the Pro Football Hall of Fame, recognizes "long-time exceptional contributions to radio and television in professional football."[2]

    Looks like a big C in there. But i checked. he is not in the college hof either.

    This is how he signed on the 2011 private signing on sportscollectors.net as well - as far as I know it does signify the announcer recognition a few posts above notes.

    I saw this thread had some replies and I figured surely I had sold at least one item :-(
