Do you think the PSA 8oc could cross to a PSA 7?

What are your thoughts. This card is almost always off center.

    Left to right centering: Yes.

    Top to bottom centering: I tend to think no, but I could be wrong.

    Gonna be really tough with the t/b centering. The tilt makes it even tighter on the bottom left.

    I think a crack out gets a 7 -

    T/B might be off too much tough call I think Scott might be right the tilt messes up the bottom corner

    I just magnified the card 400%

    With the card at 400% magnification, jruler measurements of the worst centered part are as so:

    Top border = 57 pixels
    Bottom border = 16 pixels

    That's aprox 78%/22%

    Looks like it is either the PSA 8 oc or a straight PSA 6. The price was OK for a 7 but way too much for a 6.

    looks like they got the grade right to me.....
    one of my buyers just bought a well centered Hull..your corners are nicer though...
    this card is super tough to get centered...

    Very happy with that sale. This 8oc is not mine. It is just one that I was offered to buy. But, I am going to pass for the price I was offered. The search continues...

    I've had good luck requesting a review to drop the qualifier only if it meets my "minimum grade". I'm batting about 90% and have dropped quite a few 8OCs to 7. Its worth a shot
