60's and 50's commons - to grade or not to grade?

Happy Thanksgiving, friends!
Is it worth it to grade 50's and 60's NM baseball commons if they aren't high numbers? In the past - I've only graded common's from these years if they appear to be in PSA 8 (NM-MT) shape or better. I should specify - I'm planning to sell these cards. They are not for my collection.
Any opinions on the subject would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Jeff

IMO, any card that does not consistently sell for at least 15 bucks or so in the grade you think it will get is probably not worth sending in. You have to factor in the grading fee, your time to list and ship the cards, and the likelihood that your grading eye will probably swing and miss on a few of them (although you may get a pleasant surprise or two that makes up for it).

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
Collector of Vintage Golf cards! Let me know what you might have.

<< <i>Some yes, some no. I think it would be a very smart investment on your part- if you don't currently have VCP- to get the one-day membership and look up the recent sales on the cards you want to sell. It's only four bucks, and if it saves you even one grading fee, it just paid for itself.
