Had an early Black Friday customer waiting in line today

I told him I wouldn't be starting the sale until Friday morning... he gobbled and flew away... I hope he lives long enough to come back for the sale... image

I believe I was in your store a few months back looking at Yankee Commons. I was at our manaufacturing plant a few towns away and I stopped in. It is a very nice store.

Tony, I have a couple questions about your setup...I'm only curious...

Do you have shoplifting issues and/or issues with people trying to search packs? If you see someone pack searching, do you politely ask them to stop or walk up to them with a baseball bat image

    Happy Thanksgiving, nice looking shop.

Shoplifting: I have had very few issues with this over the years. I try to keep an eye on what is going on at all times; I keep my computer in the back room so that I am not liable to get distracted when people are in the store.

Pack searching: Again, I have had very few issues with this. I think when people see that I am paying attention, it discourages this. When I have had issues, I use the polite method... although I do have some vintage store model bats from the 60's in the back room image

If anyone wants to see more pictures, I have some from this summer on my store's Facebook page. Feel free to like while you're there: Link

The most surprising thing to me about that picture is that there's not a Starbucks in the shopping center

Hmm, weird. Search for "Sports Heroes" on Facebook, you should be able to find it that way.
