What's Up With QuickOpinion "Unable to Reder"

I'm really confused with the process of "Quick Opinion" Usually its a Likely Is or Likely Not answer! I've been on many boards chatting with high end Ali Autograph collectors who have zero problems rendering a confident thumbs up, chatting with over 30 collectors including Shawn at Aliautos.com who seems to monitor the sales of fakes on eBay on a daily basis, yet he takes a few good looks at some sharp images I send and he's not adding my name to the fakes out there. Now I do a Quick Opinion just so I can get some sort of approval from an ebay monitoring company that reports possible fakes. What do I get? Not Able to Render Opinion.
I can't afford to pay $50-$75 per COA for 350-400 Lithos that I personally know are good, along with many other collectors. I put one on eBay and on the 5th and final day I received a Trademark Violation, Unauthorized item, from someone on Vero reporting system. I just don't understand this. Is it because Angelo Marino is the artist, or I made mention of Bullpen's story in the auction? It can't be that ebay doesn't allow Marino Prints because There is a storefront run by Marino selling all his stuff with zero boots. It's a rare day to have a Marino Authentic Athlete signature (We even posted pictures of Ali Signing the exact litho in the exact area as shown) I've got over 100K worth of real Ali auto's that I can't put on eBay or I can but need to do something different that nobody in the violations department can advise.
Anyone have suggestions?
