How Long does a mechanical error reslab usually take?

I recently gave PSA a card that was labeled wrong so they could correct it.
I didn't ask them if there was a timeline. Anyone with experience on these?

My average has been about a week.
It was a 1997 Bowman Chrome Eric Chavez International Refractor that was labeled as a Refractor. It was a PSA 10. Yes I sold that before he started working at the 7-11
I have turned in probably four different times and none were fast...I think most were around a month but depends on how busy they are.

I'm at 1 week and counting so I will be patient. I was hoping it would be a quick and easy turn around.

I wait for a show to come to Chicago (I live in Rockford, Illinois, 80 miles from where the latest National Show was) and I take them to the PSA booth on the first day of the show. I'm super nice and Cosetta helps me, if she is there, and I get my cards fixed for free with no shipping charges, and usually the next day. I refuse to ship them and pay to have them fixed...but that is me and I can't help it.
Later, Paul.

free?? lets see you had to drive 80 miles (probably 6-7 gallons of gas round trip), pay to park and then to get into the show. if all you went there for was to drop off your ME's then you came out on the short end of the deal. now granted you wandered the halls for a bit too. i ship them in with other orders. though there are times when i take them in the shows in chicago too. but i generally do that with larger orders. i only have half as far to drive as you. almost went last weekend. had to pick a relative of the mrs up at Ohare. Had some ME's, but when I figured it was going to cost me ~$20 just to drop those off and not really look at anything or buy anything I figured it wasnt worth it.

PSA was set up locally here in Southern California and I drove 5 miles, they took the card, told me no charge, not even return shipping.
They asked me for a value, I told them $1,000 and that's what they used for insurance.
They sent the card back a week later.
Great service
