Paypal shipping question

Had a buyer win 180 items from me last week on Ebay. Since Ebay will not allow more than 40 items on any invoice, I had to send 5 seperate invoices to the buyer. I only charged him shipping on the first invoice, and he paid for all of them yesterday. My question is, do I have to send 5 seperate boxes or can I send all of the cards in a large flat rate box and still comply with Paypal policies? I talked to someone at Paypal, and asked them that question, they said one box would be OK. Needless to say, having to explain my question over and over to the Paypal moron I had on the phone didn't leave me beaming with confidence on his answer.
From what I can tell, 707 is the DOLLAR STORE compared to deans_cards. For what that guy charges, if I ever bought anything from him I would expect it to be delivered to me in a frickin' limo.

I think each invoice needs to be shipped seperatly in order to be protected by paypal.

This what I have been told.
BTW, if this is some of the 1970 gems you auctioned, just send 'em to me instead. Guarantee you won't get any chargeback issues from this end. :-)
