How do you submit a name to add to the registry on a ALL-TIME SET?

I need some help, I would like to add a player who isn't currently part of a Team's All-Time set. I've looked all through the registry and I couldn't find were to submit. Any help would be appreciative.

    Email setregistry@collectors.com. Explain why that player should be added, and ask them to submit it to collectors of that set for a vote.
    They're pretty good about it.
