59 Mantle. What condition?

I've been out of cards for quite a few years and recently delved back in. This Mantle was part of the collection. What condition would this qualify as? Ex? There are no creases. What kind of value? Thanks.

I would also agree 3 ...4 is pushing it but not only that, it will definitely come back as (oc) "off center" which will turn the value a grade less.
