eBay/Paypal couldn't leave well enough alone

Logged into Paypal to print a shipping label and was greeted with this message:
Welcome to the new way to print USPS shipping labels
We just wanted to let you know that the PayPal shipping center is now powered by eBay. The benefits of the new shipping center are:
Choose from new USPS services, like First Class Mail International, Regional Box and Padded Envelope
Compare USPS shipping services side-by-side
Manage all your shipping labels in one place
The screen now looks like the screen you use to print labels when you print through eBay rather than through Paypal. I always found the Paypal screen easier to use.
Couldn't they have put the time they put into this asinine change into something more useful?
