Santa Master Set -- Merry Christmas Everyone

We all remember the Santa cards that Pro Set produced. I have decided to try to build a PSA Santa Master Set. Can somone please provide me a checklist of "his" cards. I know Upper Deck produced some cards. There is also "event used " cards. I think they were employee only cards. But I figure what the heck, it will be something fun to do. Kris Kringle Master Set..who would a thunk it. But Im going to give it a shot. Ill post pics here as I optain them.

Topps produced a variety of different ones, including "Santafied" autographs and "Santa-worn" clothing swatch cards. IIRC the Coca-Cola non-sports set from the early or mid-90s had several Santa cards in it too.

yeah as i look on ebay there is all kinds of things. maybe ill stick with items released in sports related packs. BUT i saw topps did a Santa set in 2007, all the cards designs are based on old baseball cards, like 52 topps and so on. It also has autos. What did I get myself into

Well I was able to pick up a couple Claus cards. I will post pics when they are in hand.


So I was looking around on eBay, I seen the following cards.
1989 Pro Set
1990 Pro Set
1991 Pro Set --Is this a real card?
1998 Upper deck "jersey" card

I saw some Fleer Ultra Santa cards, can someone help me out with info on these.

Any other Santa cards?

PSA may not accept it for their Registry. I know the gentleman who tried valiantly to start the San Diego Chicken set registry, but PSA turned him down!

I have that set myself! It's a shame Topps didn't do a sequel set so they could use some of the other Topps designs.

I bought the 1990 Pro Set last night on eBay, there is a 1989 Pro Set card on there as we speak, current bid is 7.77 i believe. I hope to be adding that one to my collection by weeks end.

Still looking for information on the Ultra cards that feature Santa. Can anyone help me out?

I personally always wanted the "Kris Kringle Holiday World Jersey" card from Upper Deck (mid 90s?) as well as the 2000 Beckett Christmas card (in a special BGS slab). Maybe someday...

That's fine, but you don't need PSA to make a registry set to do it, unless you're really bent on "competing" with other collectors for the numbers.

Not interested in competing with anyone for any numbers. The checklist from Beckett (thanks ALIFAX i do appreciate that, thank you) does nothing for me, most of the cards are not even of "Santa". They dont even list the Upper Deck "World suit" card or 1990 Pro Set.

..................I think ill go throw on some Christmas Music.

You can put the cards up in a Collector's Showcase on the PSA set registry without PSA having created a registry set of Santa - and you can post pictures of the cards too.
