e-bay/PSA/DNA Question
Wanted to see if I could get some advice before I proceed. I collect Baseball & Football HOF autographs and have been doing it for close to 35 years so I think I have a pretty good eye for authenticate items. I prefer to buy or have my items authenticated by PSA/DNA. I recently purchased 2 items off of e-bay that I was pretty sure were authenticate. The items were a "Dizzy" Dean signed B&W HOF Plaque (purchased for $150) and a George Halas signed FB card (purchased for $100). Both were sent to PSA/DNA and both came back as questionable authenticity. Since I sent them to be authenticated it is well past the 7 day return period. I haven't contacted either seller yet. Best case scenario is that since the items were sent PSA/DNA and came back as questionable that I will at least get a refund for the price of the items. Question, if either seller refuses to refund my money what recourse would I have? Could I go through paypal since PSA/DNA is one of the only authorized third party authenticators allowed by e-bay. Thanks for the help, Tim.

If so and they won't refund you, then you will have to do a credit card charge back (I hope you paid via credit card and not bank acct because everyone should be doing this).
I know if purchased on ebay you have 45 days.
