I'm pretty good with computers, but I got stuck one time about a year ago and these folks were great.

Note, they weren't cheap but they'll tell you the pricing up front and you can take it or leave it. I just refused all their sales pitches after they fixed it, and I clearly told them I didn't want any additional services. No extra charges or billing was ever put on my credit card...which is exactly what I wanted.
