Forgot I picked this up a while ago. Any idea of when this would have been issued? Any possibility PSA would grade?

He retired in 1960 so I would guesstimate this to be a post-retirement, circa 1960-63 ad.

From my experience PSA won't grade something if it's not catalogued. I've never seen this and I've collected hockey for 20 years. It's fantastic, though, and I'm sure a Habs fan would love it.
