    Gee Whiz I have had many better looking cards than that are only 7s or lower..It appears to me and I might be wrong but there are some dealers out there that are getting some slack in there grading because of volume they send in.

    That's my thought. I've seen (ahem... bought.) 7's that presented worse than that. I'm no 75 expert by ANY stretch, but it seems to me that a lot of fisheyes end up in 8 slabs.
