I was pleasantly surprised to find out I had a voicemail from Carol yesterday regarding one of my orders. Within 30 minutes of calling her back, she had my flips corrected for a “mech error” submission that has been at PSA for sometime.

Thank you Carol, I see now why everyone speaks of you so highly!
