OT: eBay Push Notifications not working for iPhone 4s?????

I have my phone set to notify me 5 minutes before an auction is ending. And it has always worked just fine, except all of a sudden last week it stopped alerting me and I missed the end of a few auctions before I noticed.

Anybody else having this problem? Any solutions?
