Hello! I have been notified by a handful of members about the packages not showing up. We shipped them all out on the same day sometime last week. Unfortunately, this is completely out of our hands with the Postal Service until so many business days go by and they are still missing. Once that time passes, I will go to the PO and begin the process of having them track them. Is it possible that the people missing the packages are all on the Eastern part of the country? If so, it's most likely a USPS problem with a certain hub or something. Keep me informed. Thanks! Steve
Highlights of my 78 rack courtesy of grote. Which ones of these would you not consider grading (from a resale point of view). Just noticed some blue ink on the Tyson. The Brooks Robinson and Leading Fireman are the best looking in hand. Some of these have rough edges like O-PEE-CHEE.
Thanks,
David (LD_Ferg)

Sharp Munson! That's a tough card to find centered, too! B. Robby looks beautiful, as well! Nice cards!
Edit to add: Are the corners sharp on the Robinson RB? If so, that card is a lock for Mint 9.
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
Is there any chipping at all on the bottom edge of the Robinson card? If that edge is smooth, I think you have a real shot at a 10.

Hello! I have heard from a few board members that they still have not received their packs from the USPS for the group rip on this one. I know that MBMiller and Aconte have still not gotten packs. Is there anyone else who has not received packs? Please let me know who you are. I will get on this immediately. However, the lousy USPS will only take my claim and then "work on it" for the next who-knows-how-many days.
I want those of you who have not received packs to know that it will be taken care of (either by me or by USPS). However, it may just take a little time as USPS is very slllloooowwwwww at these claims.
Ok. So I list the ryan rack on ebay. I get a question about the marks on the Ryan card (machine indentations quite frequently found on rack packs) and I try explaining this via ebay messaging.
Here's the reponse
Dear ld_ferg, Understand most machine clips are very defined indentations on the front of the card. Yours truly appears to be finger nail edgings and for sure the edge of the ken Griffey sr. card is. thanks for your time. -grigsby9406
This response just flew all over me. After a few deep breaths, I will not be responding/defending this pack.
Sorry for venting.
Thanks,

So you finally had the pleasure of receiving a David Grigsby question.
He is notorious for those types of questions. You did the right thing to just move on as it can take him awhile to catch on sometimes.

Tried to enter the USPS Tracking number to see if I could help others to see if they get theirs, but the USPS site you does not like the number.

Great job on that 1978 rack pack. Brooks looks like a keeper.

Yes it does. Like a print roller mark.
