No clue. I haven't called. But Ive been waiting for them to get some more 2.5x2.5 saflips in. I ordered the last of them from a guy on eBay. And I need more already! And the cheaper places all seem out now including wizard.

Why would anyone start a thread like this???
If no one answers the phone then they may be having a problem.
As someone else suggested try their website.
If all fails order somewhere else, they may be going out of business.
    Good grief!
    This should be obvious

Agree with Julian - they are not going out of business. Try calling Wayne Herndon Rare Coins. He owns Wizard.

Guys, we have four people answering phones -- Karin, Traci, Alicia and Lisa. Sometimes all lines are busy. When that happens, the automated attendant invites you to leave a message. Do so and one of them will call you back shortly. If you don't leave a message, no one will know to call you back. It's pretty straight forward really.

While I do not live in that area, I am in the metro area that it is included within. There have been reports for a couple of days of phone outages/power outages/etc. due to recent storm activities.

I'd doubt a lot of dealers but I don't think Wayne is someone who would either deliberately or purposely "ignore" his customers. More likely, he either has no phones and/or power and it waiting for either PEPCO or VEPCO.
