A Curious "Three Cent" Find in a CoinStar Machine

I always check the coinstar reject trays for loose coins that got left after people deposit their coins into the machines. I have found silver before, but usually Canadian coins and occasionally US coins that somehow got rejected. This find from the other day was rather interesting though:
Washington Mutual must have issued this token ca. 2006 and distributed through their bank branches. I don't believe we had any WaMu bank branches in our whole area, so this must have come in from out of town and somehow got into someone's change bucket.
FTR WaMu took the government soup and got closed down in the mortgage meltdown back in 2008.
