Do Lincolns 2005-date EVER come without spots?

I'd assume the handful of pcgs ms68s would not have spots, but I've never seen any of them. Can one with minimal spots still grade ms67? What about the 09's where ms67 (or even lower) is the top grade?

I've seen MS68s with spots, so I assume MS67s have more spots?

I looked at a few Lincoln's,image, and I think you can find 05 - 06 - 07 - 08 without spots. 2009 and 2010 are a whole different Lincoln. Higher grade lightly spotted and un-spotted coins are few and far between.

going back through heritage archives it does not appear any non spotted coins exist. The Jack Lee MS68 coins were all spotted up.

They do come without spots, but not without counter marks.

I defy anyone to show a late Lincoln cent business strike cent without any spots.

Whats the reward? $1000? I'll show you one. I have close to 70K 2008-D's and 09-D's.
