Actually, SGS truly believes that since the piece was minted at the West Point Facility (which BTW, all the Eagle pieces are) that the coin is justifiably slabbed as a 2009 W. I've had the discussion with them and its like talking to an ignorant dead man if that even makes sense.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

It's definitely NOT a MS70.
SGS slaps the 70 grade on every modern coin coming off the dies. They're not very reputable, and have serious issues with grading coins.
If you look at some of their MS/PR70 items, they've sold for 63 and 64 prices instead of the hostaged 70 prices.
