1974 Topps Football Set
Up for your consideration is a Very nice 1974 Topps Football Set. The set includes 10 graded star and Rookie cards. Like many topps sets from the seventies centering is always an issue. The 74 set is extremely tough on centering with the goal post design. While this set has some traditional centering, I feel overall the set has above average centering for 74's. There are NO out right miscut cards and all show some border. Majority are sharp with nice surfaces and gloss.
The graded cards are solid beautiful cards and overall represent the set throughout.
The overall break down on the set is 10 % ex, 25% exmt, 50% Nm, 15% NM-M. While the set still needs some tweeking to make it a solid high grade set, its a great base set to start with as most all of the key cards already there. The 10% ex cards are mainly due to corner and or surface wear. The are NO: Wax Stains, Creases, Writing, etc....
The main 5 cards that I feel need upgrading would be OJ Simpson RB, Franco Harris, Jim Plunkett, George Blanda and Ray Guy.
While it needs the few upgraded stars (Mentioned above) and commons. I feel it is one of the nicer sets your going to find. Surely no dealer set thrown together from "Bargin Box" cards is going to include top quality NM to MINT Star cards and Rookies.

The photos make his feet look real big, thas only because the thing was so darn big and photographing
it was kind of hard laying on the ground.

1972 SUNOCO FOOTBALL STAMPS
Ive been an advid collector of the 1972 Sunoco Stamps for years and have opened thousands of the 9-stamp packs and many of the team sheets as well. ALL the stamps I offer come from packs, team sheets and album sheets that I have personally and carefully seperated the stamps from by hand (see photos above). ALL still qualify for PSA/SGC grading. NONE have been cut or trimmed which would disqualify them from grading. The stamps I have listed are nice high grade stamps with NO: Creases, Wrinkles, Stains Etc... Centering is next to impossible on the Sunoco stamps due to how they were issued. ALL have nice clean white backs.

1972 SUNOCO FOOTBALL STAMPS
Ive been an advid collector of the 1972 Sunoco Stamps for years and have opened thousands of the 9-stamp packs and many of the team sheets as well. ALL the stamps I offer come from packs, team sheets and album sheets that I have personally and carefully seperated the stamps from by hand (see photos above). ALL still qualify for PSA/SGC grading. NONE have been cut or trimmed which would disqualify them from grading. The stamps I have listed are nice high grade stamps with NO: Creases, Wrinkles, Stains Etc... Centering is next to impossible on the Sunoco stamps due to how they were issued. ALL have nice clean white backs.

I was fortunate enough to buy John's '72 Sunoco complete set earlier this year. The one that he must have spent like 50 hours or more carefully assembling and mounting each stamp in their own acid free sleeve, then putting them in 9-pocket pages. The set is a thing of beauty. It displays perfectly. It's one of the nicest raw sets I now own. Thanks again John for all of your hard work on that Sunoco set.
For those who haven't dealt with John before, you can do so with complete confidence. His grading is 100% accurate and packaging is top notch all the way.

Im glad to hear the Jordan stand up made it intacted. I was kind of worried about a bulky flat item like that so I felt it necessary to reinforce the corners a bit. Wouldn't you know it the thing ended up being one inch over the postal limit and being sent for $10.90 to their "Oversized" rated of freakin $27.00!!! They wanted to know if I could shorten it up an inch or so to get it to the $10.90 rate. I wasn't going to take off my reinforced corners and just went ahead and sent it. Please post a pic so I can see how it looks in your Man cave.
