I cannot answer the question, but I really think the NGC one should be higher than the anacs slabbed piece. Whether one is graded higher than the other, I would think that the NGC is graded correctly. There is less frost on the NGC, but the one graded via ANACS is a little hazy. I hope that someone can help. I have the stepbrother to them in silver!
