The date looks right for the VAM 11, but you really need a full obverse and reverse shot. It seems to be a common variety, however.

Not really. I have pretty much narrowed my searches down to less than a handfulof VAMS to search and keep. These minor ones liek this are ones I used to search for and cherrypick, but it appears no one wants to pay the premium, so I just don't bother anymore.
