For no particular reason, pic of the reverse. Yes, that's some sort of rust spot on the reverse.

The lamination probably adds a little to the value, BUT the black spot on the reverse will take value away.

I agree, and also the fact that it's circulated. I'd say it's still worth a very small premium over melt to an error collector.
