Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......

I noticed most all the upgraded coins earned the plus, while a few appear to have earned an extra point with SecurePlus. PCGS graders must have truly enjoyed grading this set.
<< <i>This set may well stand as the top set for many years, if not forever. >>
Possibly as far as registry points are concerned...
Yet the #2 non retired set is the Cali Collection which is only a minuscule 0.47% registry points underweight, with far more toners mostly all but a few in OGH and Rattlers which CommemDude has no desire to loose for a few dozen pluses.
I've already purchased a new lens and second copy stand to travel to image CommemDude's whole set this fall, but I'm already sweating Phil's Tru-Views.

Bruce,
I could get lost looking at your collection...
what a joy to behold. I'm sure you'll be spending
many hours looking at each and every coin !!
Thanks for sharing. You have exquisite taste.

As one that attempted the 144 piece Classic Commem set and came up short, let me say you have put together one amazing set. I had to be put on oxygen 3 times just to view your set. Just kidding. Congratulations on a job well done and good luck with your future upgrades.

community..so many old friends and collectors ive grown to admire
discussing various issues and even some of my coins! Wow!
To answer a few ?? always wanted to do the 144 pc set so bought a
few of my old coins from a set sold in 05' and had kept a few for 10 yrs.
or so with the idea of a complete set in the future..then bought most
of a couple sets thru private treaty..filled in a few holes and there ya go..
Obviously a must to work with dealers who value your business and know
what they are doing..I really like most of the coins in the set a lot..a few
i want to improve upon or just find that crazy awesome example..I have to
wait but feel that the relationships built thru collecting will bring the coins
when the time is right for an improvement to the set..My favorite coin might surprise
a few..the 36d san diego..it really wows me!
