A Grabener it's not!
On the grounds of the Tokyo branch of the Japan Mint, my father-in-law and I were pleased to see this static display of an old press. I know there's a bunch of machinists around the US Coin Forum, and at least one independent mint operator (calling DCarr!). So, here are a few pictures for anyone who might be interested in them:

Dual die holders too. Some 1950s US Mint Bliss presses held four dies at a time.
I'm guessing that it is from Columbia Machine (makers of some other coin presses).
