China gold 1 oz pandas proof....valuation?

I see 2 coins in a dealers case at St Charles Missouri showthis weekend, both in original sealed package.

Krause says spot plus 10%....but these seem to be lower mintage....

He is asking $1375 a coin....is it worth it?

There is NO 1985 gold proof issue. The gold proof issues started in 1986. For me, spot + 6% to 10% is fair (below this would be a good buy).

edited to add: the 1986 proof issue will have a 'P' on the obverse.
