    Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?

    Nice collection.For a lark I recently started collecting the proofs.Easy to assemble.Finished the ngc 70 s.A third of the way with pcgs 70 s but the errors look good too.Hmmmm

    First, we must acknowledge that the sac is the most beautiful circulating coin the United States has produced since the 1947, the final year of the Walking Liberty half. It is a numismatic crime that this coin has been replaced by the presidential dollars and the NA dollars.

    Second, these are some cool errors. Thank you for posting them.

    Very nice! You rarely see simply broad strikes (there are more double-strikes than broadstrikes.)

    Great set of proof sac errors. The 2009 struck on the thin planchet and the clipped sacs both are particularly nice, to me.
